This is episode 16 we call the Pack Rat. Every box we found something worth money from the 70’s and 80’s! We picked this up on New Years Eve and it is still paying off.
We Did Not Even See Half Of This Unit We Bid On
We had bid on this unit along with another unit at the same facility. There was only one picture but we decided to bid on it since it was at the same place and was super cheap at the time. Right before the auction ended it was cancelled but when we showed up to pay for the other unit we won the manager asked if we were still interested in the second one. He had accidentally cancelled it and while I was not the only bidder on it – I was the one there in front of him. I had the opportunity to take a look again and paid for it anyway. The bidding had gone over $70 and I dropped out at $40 so he sold it to me at $40. We made well over $400 on this one – you never know…
